Adarsh Rehabilitation Center for Physically & Mentally Handicapped Children started Adarsh Mentally and Physically Handicapped School recognized by Rehabilitation Council of India and Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Govt. of India. Affiliated to Chaudhary Bansi Lal University Bhiwani.
Objective of the Course
The objective of the course is to generate teachers across the country to teach children with special need from pre-school to higher level. It aims at generation quality teachers who could meet the challenges of all round development of the children. The course is geared to towards developing knowledge, skills and desirable attitudes in teacher to facilitate the children with special need in speech and language and achieving the goal of universal primary education.
Job Opportunities
After training one can work as special teacher of special educator in Government recognized schools and institutes under Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan Mission. NGO's and different rehabilitation institute and special school. Many new projects and potentials job avenues are coming up, where there is a great demand for competent and skilled professionals in the area of disability.
Practical
Theory papers will be taught at Adarsh Rehabilitation Centre for Physically and Mentally Handicapped Children and practical work experience will be given at the model children with special need under the supervision of experienced and qualified teachers.
